Shipping policy

At Bblends, every order is carefully prepared before being handed over to our delivery partner. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination, location, and order weight. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. Bblends is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information or inability to reach the customer.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, peak seasons, courier delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or local import fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Any applicable additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

Sidr Notice: For orders outside the UAE, Sidr is delivered in powder form with its herbs and oils included separately to maintain product quality during shipping. Simply mix the Sidr powder with the included oils before use.
